The Congressional Anti-Tyranny PAC (CAT-PAC) was established to support the highest impact races in the country, in the highest impact states in the country, with the highest impact voter turnout program in the world.
The best way to beat Trump and take back the House of Representatives is to ensure disengaged voters in key battleground states do not stay home this year, like in previous elections. The proven most effective way to increase turnout is by contacting voters through a trusted messenger (friend, family, etc.) This is called a “relational voter turnout network.”
Our program aims to build friend-to-friend networks across the most competitive congressional districts (450,000 total voters) in key states, targeted for their strategic value to the electoral college. Collectively, these states were won by less than 400,000 votes in 2020.
This election is too close. We cannot waste a single dollar or a single hour.
All contributions will be used to support relational voter turnout programs in congressional races in battleground states.
